POWA is aimed and tailored at unleashing the passion and greatness locked inside you as a woman as you walk the journey of life over the
mentorship period with our team of distinguished and well accomplished mentors from all works of life.
Our mentors are indeed destiny helpers. These mentors come to
inspire you, they come to encourage you, to challenge you, to teach you, to
stretch you and to empower you.
They are committed to helping you fulfill your highest potential
and help you birth your wildest dreams that has been placed in you by God
The POWA programme is now running 3 different streams or Levels.
In all of the different levels, the woman is empowered spirit, soul and body.
Who
This stream caters for graduates of the 2nd stream (The POWA Executive Stream).
In this stream, we are now helping the women learn how to look
after and grow their dreams now that they have birthed it.
We will deal with issues around building structures and systems,
understanding how to scale up and grow a large organization, concepts in marketing and advertising to help push out the idea etc

Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their dreams and aspirations.
Mentoring relationships tend to be voluntary on both sides: that the more successful, senior partner, the mentor, wishes to pass on some of what they’ve learned to someone else who will benefit from their experience.
